Welcome to our journey

Just a few long weeks ago we received this picture of Alison.

The experience was sureal. When we were expecting Duncan we has a strong tactile connection. I could feel him moving, hear his heart beating and so longed to see his face. The journey to meets Alison starts with a clinicial process of paperwork then followed by intanglible space that requires a great a deal of faith. They waiting seems to become heightened when we received the pictures. Now we can see her face, but the distance between us seems expansive.

July 2nd is "A" day at 3 pm in Nanning. There is a 16 hour difference between here and Nanning. I'm too tired to do the math on the time.

We will post photo and notes when we can.

Hi Ros and Ross, happy we can keep track of your exciting journey. You may be tired from travel but when you see Alison's face, fatigue will turn to joy. One of your other friends that is with you works with my friend Laurie Bertrand. We had book club dinner last week and somehow China, babies and leukemia came up. It all seemed too coincidental and I realized they must be the same couple you know. Best wishes to all.

Hello Rosalind and Ross. It is truly exciting to be at this stage of your journey. We are looking forward to meeting Alison and welcoming her into our "Condundrum family" and into our circle of friends. She will be a lucky sister to have Duncan as her big brother.
